MEDICATIONS

This PHARMACY cannot accept returns of MEDICATIONS once they have been dispensed and delivered to the customer, except for those that have been supplied in error or do not correspond to the order or have been damaged during transport.

In all cases, returned medicines will be destined for destruction through the existing integrated waste management systems.

The consumer user will have the right to the return of the medicine and the reimbursement of the amount paid in the event that the delivery time exceeds 50% of the time established in the purchase for reasons not attributable to him/her.

All this in accordance with article 12 of Royal Decree 870/2013, of 8 November, which regulates the distance sale to the public, through websites, of medicines for human use not subject to medical prescription.

VETERINARIANS

This PHARMACY will not be able to accept returns of veterinary medicines once they have been dispensed and delivered to the purchaser, except for those that have been supplied in error, do not correspond to the order, have been damaged during transport, or when there is an alert for quality defects or for reasons of veterinary pharmacovigilance, or when it is necessary to withdraw them in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1246/2008, of 18 July, all in accordance with article 13 of Royal Decree 544/2016, of 25 November, which regulates the distance sale to the public of veterinary medicinal products not subject to veterinary prescription.

PARAPHARMACY

In the case of a product that is not classified as a medicinal product, there is no need for motivation and the product will be returned provided that all the requirements for this are met (communication, deadline, good condition of the product, etc.).

Before the withdrawal period expires, the Consumer or User must notify the Pharmacy of their decision to withdraw from the contract using the form provided in their USER AREA or by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You will only have to complete and send the return order electronically via this website, stating the reason for the return. We will inform you without delay on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) of the receipt of the cancellation and the procedure to be followed.

WITHDRAWAL FOR PRODUCTS NOT CLASSIFIED AS MEDICINAL PRODUCTS.

Once you have received your order, you can withdraw from your purchase, provided that the product has not been used, has its original packaging and corresponding manuals, as well as all its original accessories or promotional gifts if any, within 14 calendar days after receipt of your order.

We remind you that when you make use of your right of withdrawal, the money paid for the product/s purchased will be refunded and will include the purchase price and, if any, the delivery costs in the least expensive ordinary delivery method. Likewise, in the event that you choose the option of collecting the product from your home, the costs of collection shall be borne by the customer.

It will not be possible to return items, exercising the right of withdrawal, that do not have their original packaging intact and unsealed, as well as any type of product customised for the customer. In this sense, we will not accept the return of all those products that present some kind of manipulation of the protective film of the box or wrapping, otherwise the value of the article will suffer a depreciation of the same.

In the case of products that require opening and use in order to know if they work properly, the Provider shall require, in order to accept their return, that the product to be returned is in perfect condition and that it has all its elements, packaging and wrapping.

Furthermore, it shall ensure that

a) It has not been used incorrectly or negligently, has not been handled inappropriately or recklessly and has not been subjected to abnormal or harmful conditions.

(b) has not been involved in any accident or been damaged in any attempt to repair or modify it.

c) Has not been used in a manner not specified by the manufacturer in the Product's instructions.

(c) Has not been used in a manner contrary to the manufacturer's instructions for the Product.

d) It has not deteriorated through natural wear and tear after receipt.

In the event that the Product does not meet any of the above requirements, we may decide, at our discretion, not to repair or replace the Product or to refund the amount paid and/or we may ask you to reimburse the full costs of transport and servicing, arising at the current standard rates. For such reimbursement, we may charge the above costs to your credit or debit card account or use the payment details provided when placing the Order.

In the event of a defective product, the Provider shall, as appropriate, repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, which shall be free of charge to the consumer and user.

In the event that the product or its packaging has been damaged or is not in its original shipping condition, the value of the item will be depreciated.

This provision does not affect the consumer's rights under current legislation. Once the return request has been examined and the appropriate checks have been carried out, after confirmation via e-mail, we will proceed to collect the product from the place where it was delivered.
